Min Bowler
CEO

Min Bowler has established and managed several successful title insurance companies since 1992. Ms. Bowler co-founded Lakeshore Title Agency in 1997 and currently serves as its sole principal member, where her duties include business development, operations management, underwriting decisions, regulatory compliance, claims management and resolution, and supervision of staff members numbering at times more than 50.

Ms. Bowler has served as Director on the Board of the Illinois Land Title Association (ILTA) 2019-2021.

Amy Smith, Examiner & Policy Manager


I head Policy Production and ensure timely issuance. I am the person to contact to learn about the status of your Policy. I search pre-and post-closing updates and Letter Reports. I back up our primary examiner producing Commitments and Letter Reports. My greatest passion will always be metes and bounds mapping and making sure a Legal Description, lacking a Survey, is in the most correct and customary format.

I offer 18 years of experience in the Title Insurance industry.

Patrick Pontarelli, Examiner & Attorney


I examine document packages provided by our search service and prepare a commitment for title insurance that names the current owner(s), provides a legal description of the property and lists open mortgages, taxes, and other liens that affect the title to your property.

I am the initial contact person when you have legal questions regarding your title insurance. I contact other agents and underwriters for letters of indemnity or for information missing from public records. And I evaluate and finalize payoff letters or releases for un-released mortgages, tax and judgment liens.

Shaunna Bredeson, Closer


I conduct refinance, reverse mortgages and purchase closings. I assist other departments by obtaining funding authorizations, back up recordings, order entry and CPL’s.
